Batman Vs. Spiderman

Ok, lets compare the beginning of each of these movies.
Batman- A kid living in a rich family in a crime ran city. One night he and his parents went to see a play. When they were living a guy comes up to them with a gun and says "Give me your wallet!". His father very nicely hands the man his wallet, but the man have different plans. He shoots Bruce's (the kid/batman) father and mother then runs off. As Bruce had to watch his parents die, he began to hate the man. Much later, Bruce plots to kill the man that shot his parents during his court case but he couldn't bring himself to do it. The girl he liked told him that his father would be ashamed when she heard about his idea.
Soon he went into the mountains in Asia to become ninja! After years of training he was told to kill a man to show his loyalty to the league of shadow's (The ninjas). He didn't because he is against killing people. He always thinks there is a different way to go about things. He returns to his city and becomes batman. Thats the short version.

Now spiderman- He was taking pictures of the girl he likes and a spider bit him. Amazing right?

Lets do a idea comparison.

Batman- He won't kill people and always gets out of anything. He lives for others, trying to make is city much better. Since he can't kill people, he has to come up with other ways to subdue is villains.

Spider man- He doesn't care. He let a child burn in a building, let his uncle die... Actually he killed him. He almost let his women die a trillion times. He killed the green goblin and let Dr. Octopus kill himself. And he doesn't have a cape, which means he fails.

He doesn't have a woman cause hes like "I can't be with you cause I run around in tights all night long, swinging from buildings. Batman can get any woman he wants and he shows up to parties with two of them. Spiderman can't even get one.

Idea's on This I believe

This I believe is a project that my teacher had us do. If you don't know what is it let me explain it to you...

"This I Believe is an international project engaging people in writing, sharing, and discussing the core values that guide their daily lives. These short statements of belief, written by people from all walks of life, are archived here and featured on public radio in the United States and Canada, as well as in regular broadcasts on NPR. The project is based on the popular 1950s radio series of the same name hosted by Edward R. Murrow." - Www.thisIbelieve.org/

That is what the website explains. Now for our project we had to do in class we had to type up a 500 word story about something you believe in. Our teacher said "You got to be able to finish this sentence "I believe..." then write about it". After we typed up our story, we had to put it in a program called Garage band, which allows you to record things and make videos. The end project our teacher wanted was a 1-3 minute audio of the story with maybe some music in the background and a picture to make it look nice. We read the stories that were already posted up on the website and it was amazing! There were sad ones, happy ones, scary ones, hilarious ones but there was a few mean and cruel ones. It has inspired me to look further into this website and keep looking around. I suggest going their, it has so many amazing people's writings.

What a brilliant idea for a project this was. One of the best I've had. Mr. Smith is an amazing teacher and deserves medals for his work. Just an amazing man.
